Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) 30 \= age \=75; (2\) Confirmed by coronary angiography; There were no contraindications for interventional therapy, and PCI was successful. (3\) Postoperative cardiac function grading was grade ? \-III; (4\) No serious respiratory diseases; (5\) Normal joint movement, no history of arthritis and bone disease; (6\) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)\> 40% by echocardiography; Systolic blood pressure \<160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure \<90mmHg; (7\) The person who signs the informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) patients with diseases of the blood system or serious liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation disorder; (2\) A history of surgery, trauma, bleeding or anticoagulant contraindications within 3 months; (3\) Hemodynamic instability (cardiogenic shock and acute left heart failure); (4\) unstable angina; (5\) uncontrolled severe arrhythmias; (6\) Motor system dysfunction, affecting rehabilitation; (7\) pregnancy or lactation; (8\) Insufficient understanding and compliance of this study, inability to cooperate and follow up, etc.
