- •Patients of either sex in the age range of 18-75 yrs undergoing elective craniotomy
排除标准
- •1. History of previous chronic headache
- •2. Drug abusers/chronic alcoholic
- •3.Glasgow coma scale(GCS)less than 15
- •4.Patients on antipsychotics/antidepressants
- •5.History of prolonged analgesics intake due to chronic pain syndrome
- •6.Pregnant patients.
- •7.Neurological deterioration of patients in post operative period
