The specific target selection criteria are as follows. 1) Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate in the study, 2) Adult patients aged 20-65 years old hospitalized for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia, 3) Those who can respond to the questionnaire, 4) Who can use a smart phone 5) Those who can understand after hearing the smart learning self-pain control device education, 6) Those who plan to use the self-pain control device after surgery, 7) Patients who are class 1 or class 2 in the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification. Class 1 is a healthy patient without systemic disease, and class 2 is a patient with mild or moderate systemic disease due to surgical disease or comorbidity.
The exclusion criteria are as follows. 1) Patients who have had previous surgeries and used pain relievers at the time of previous surgeries, 2) Patients unable to use a smartphone, 3) Patients with severe emotional problems, 4) Patients with a history of dementia
