Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a.Currently using smokeless tobacco (SLT) only.
- •b.Using SLT for atleast one year, and consumed any form of SLTatleast once a week.
- •c.Above 18 years of age.
- •d.Willing to quit SLT use.
- •e.Willing to give written informed consent for the study.
- •f.Having a working mobile contact number and knowing to operate the mobile phone.
- •g.Able to understand and read Hindi or English language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Currently using smoking form of tobacco only.
- •b.Currently using dual tobacco (both smoking and smokeless forms of tobacco).
- •c.Notwilling to written informed consent for the study.
- •d.Diagnosed with serious mental disorder (bipolar and/or psychotic disorder, etc.).
- •e.Individuals with concurrent dependence on other substances such as cocaine or heroin.
