Elective case
ASA I,Ii
Age >= 18 year

Exclusion Criteria

BW > 40 kg
Aminoamide lidocaine allergy
Oral ulcer
Hypertension
Hyperthyroid
Arrhythmia
Cardiac surgery
Pregnancy
Breast feeding
Difficult airway
Patients who recieve amiodarone, beta blocker, cimetidine, mexiletine, phenytoin
Endotracheal intubation time > 30 sec or Endotracheal intubation more than 1 attempt
