- •pediatric patients
- •\-aged 2\- 7 years
- •\-of either gender
- •\-ASA I\-II
- •\-undergoing elective surgical tibial osteotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Parental refusal
- •\-Allergy to the study drugs
- •\-Any contraindication to regional anesthesia e.g. infection at injection site or coagulopathy.
