Inclusion Criteria
Age 5 - 13 years
Diagnosis of spastic diplegia or quadriplegia cerebral palsy
Extension wrist >20, metacarpopharyngeal >10 degree
Lift affected arm >= 15 cm
Follow at least 1 step command
Can read and write
Exclusion Criteria
Health problems unassociated with cerebral palsy
Uncontrolled or untreated seizure
Visual and auditory problems
Modified Ashworth scale > 3
Orthopedic surgery within 1 year
Botulinum toxin therapy within 1 year
Rejected the consent
