Inclusion Criteria

pregnant women with single fetus age 15-45 years
with GA 37-42 weeks with labor pain at labor room of Sanpasitthiprasong hospital

Exclusion Criteria

1.who get other pain control drug
2.who allergic to opioid
3.pregnancy with history of cesarean section or uterine surgery, breech presentation or has indication to cesarean section
- who have severe underlying disease such as renal failure , history of cardiac arrest , eclampsia with respiratory failure
