Inclusion Criteria
systematically healthy patients; indication for contralateral tooth extraction from extensive carious lesion, periodontal disease or orthodontic indication, without osteotomy or odontosection
Exclusion Criteria
uncontrolled systemic pathologies; smokers; alcoholics; pregnant women; patients allergic to one or more drugs used; patients who have used anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in the last 7 days
