入选标准
- •Age > 21yrs
- •Diagnosed case of Rheumatoid arthritis or Spondyloarthritis (as per criteria below) planned with bilateral symmetrical joint effusion ââ?¬â?? either both knees or both ankles or both wrists or both elbows planned for IA injection by treating physician
排除标准
- •Patient refusal to participate in study
- •Allergy to lidocaine or LA preparation used
- •Damaged skin or signs of infection at proposed site
- •Coagulopathy
- •Inability to assess pain scores associated with the procedure
- •Non symmetrical joint involvement
- •Joint Prosthesis
- •Intra-articular fracture
