ASA physical status I/II/III having mouth opening >3 cm, thyromental distance >6 cm, modified Mallampati grade I and II will be included
1.Non-consenting patients
2.Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation (e.g., pregnant, full stomach patients, k/c/o gastro esophageal reflux disease)
3.Anticipated difficult airway (e.g., inter-incisor distance < 3.5 cm, thyromental distance < 6 cm, neck mass, h/o surgery or radiation around the neck, limited neck movements, obstructive sleep apnoea)
4.Patients having BMI >30kg/m2
5.Patients with h/o upper respiratory tract infection within the last 15 days
6.Patients with coagulation disorders
