- •Prolapsed Intervertebral disc Radiologically diagnosed
- •Positive Trendelenberg Test
- •NPRS 4 to 7 on NPRS out of 10
- •Power 3 or more than 3 of Gluteus medius
排除标准
- •History of Trauma to spine
- •Any Surgical history of Spine
- •History of Trauma to Hip Joint
- •Any Surgical history of Hip Joint
- •Malignancy or tumor
- •Rheumatic conditions
- •Obese Individual
- •Pregnant women
