Homeless Women with Mental Illness
1. with CGI score equal to or less than 4
2. with a disability score of equal to less than 13
3. expressing willingness to transit to a midway or an independent living facility
4. medically fit to stay in the community (as assessed by the treating psychiatrist and or
the nursing team)
5. able to communicate orally in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, or English
HWSMI
1. with a primary or comorbid moderate or severe intellectual or developmental disability
2. with substance use disorder except for tobacco
