Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of gastric cancer
Age between 20 to 65 years
Total gastrectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular,Mental illness or disturbance of consciousness
Cancer metastasis to other organs (end stage (IV) gastric cancer)
Diseases that may affect their nutritional status, such as diabetes
Long-term hospitalization.

Name Time Method Quality of Life. Timepoint: before intervention and 4, 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: QLQ-STO22 and QLQ-C30 quality of life questionnaires.
