- •Total gastrectomy

- •Patients with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular,Mental illness or disturbance of consciousness
- •Cancer metastasis to other organs (end stage (IV) gastric cancer)
- •Diseases that may affect their nutritional status, such as diabetes
- •Long-term hospitalization.
