Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • a)Patients aged between 18\-65 years of both gender.
  • b)Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status 1 and 2\.
  • c)Patients undergoing surgeries under general endotracheal anaesthesia.
  • d)Patients who are willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • ï?·Not willing to give written informed consent.
  • ï?·Weighed \<40 kg or \>100kg.
  • ï?·Body mass index(BMI) \>30kg/m2\.
  • ï?·Pregnant and Lactating women.
  • ï?·Cardiovascular or respiratory disease.
  • ï?·Renal, liver, or haematological disorders.
  • ï?·History of cerebrovascular or psychiatric disease.
  • ï?·At high risk of aspiration or regurgitation.
  • ï?·Anticipated difficult intubation.
  • ï?·Diabetic patients with autonomic dysfunction.
