Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All children between age group 1 month to 18 years intubated with cuffed Endotracheal tube and mechanically ventilated.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group \<1 month and \>18 year
- •2\. Patients who were ventilated for upper airway obstruction / Upper airway anomalies.
- •3\. Intubated with uncuffed endotracheal tube
- •4\. Patients who expired during mechanical ventilation
- •5\. Patients who were intubated at referral hospital
