Inclusion Criteria

1) Participants should have access to a smartphone (Android/ iOS) with internet connectivity
2) Participants should have sufficient proficiency in the German language
3) Participants may, but do not have to, exhibit a psychological abnormality

Exclusion Criteria

Participation in the Early SoDA project is not possible if the participant is experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring immediate intervention, such as acute suicidality. In such cases, inpatient treatment would be indicated, and the support provided within the Early SoDA framework would not be sufficient.

Psychological strain in the area of depression and anxiety (DASS Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scales);<br><br>We expect that, using data collected in daily life (Brain Explorer, EMA, voice recordings), the process of developing a psychopathology (measured by the DASS) can be predicted (can we predict the DASS using all these predictors?)
