- •Self Declared Healthy Elderly Population
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any neurological or cardiorespiratory or musculoskeletal problems that hinders with the
- •performance of the individual.
- •The one who is a known case of any chronic respiratory diseases such as Tuberculosis, Lung
- •cancer etc.
- •The one who has recently undergone any thoracic or abdominal surgeries.
- •who were not willing to participate
