Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Subjects with the age group of 18 to 40 years
- •2.Subjects of all gender will be included in the study
- •3.Subjects willing to participate in the study
- •4.Subjects who are able to follow commands as per the protocol
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorders of upper extremity, trunk and lower extremity.
- •2. Previous and Present history of Spine surgery.
- •3.Previous and present history of abdomen surgery.
- •4.Any Psychological problems
- •5.Any Congenital disorders
- •6.Any Respiratory and Cardiac conditions
