Inclusion Criteria
The study includes: 1.Patients who are above 18 years of age visiting pulmonary OPD of AIIMS Bhopal.
2.Patient diagnosed with COPD
3.Patients who understand Hindi, English or both.
Exclusion Criteria
the study excludes the COPD patients who are: 1.Patient who are not willing to participate.
2.Patient who are not present at the time of data collection/lost to follow-up.
3.Patients in COPD exacerbation needing hospitalization.
