Inclusion Criteria
Patients with 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids underwent operation with half hemorrhoidectomy what we call EA method.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a concomitant anal fissure, history of anal surgery, ongoing pregnancy, or inflammatory bowel disease were excluded.
