Inclusion Criteria

? The disease condition is stable and in line with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (5) : Diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of mild cognitive impairment: a. Memory decline reported by patients or informed individuals, or cognitive impairment identified by experienced clinicians; b. Objective evidence of impairment in one or more cognitive functional domains (from cognitive tests); c. Complex instrumental daily functioning may be slightly impaired, but the ability to maintain independent daily functioning; d. A diagnosis of dementia has not yet been reached.<br>No serious physical or mental illness, good communication and cooperation ability.<br>? Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

? Can not cooperate with the examination of cognitive function, such as vision, hearing, language communication serious disabilities.<br>? Rapid cognitive decline occurring over several weeks or months.<br>? People with olfactory dysfunction or allergic to essential oils.<br>? Severe respiratory diseases.
