Inclusion Criteria
Patients of Orthopedics, internal medicine including urology and oncological patients as well as patients of psychocomatic medicine.
Exclusion Criteria
inadequate skills of communication in German language, surgery procedure in the last 6 weeks, usage of forearm crutches, wheeled walker or similar, contradictions to motion and physical activities, acute or severe desease
