Inclusion Criteria
Patients with chronic low back pain; control group: orthopaedic inpatient rehabilitation patients with chronic low back pain and mental distress (screening: PHQ-4); informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
age below 18 or above 62 years, inadequate German language ability, severe visual of hearing impairment, severe mental disorder (psychosis, personality disorder), dorsal injury or surgery within the last 12 months, pregnancy within the last 12 months, cognitive impairment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Coping with pain (FESV), psychological distress (Patient Health Questionnaire PHQ-9, Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD-7).<br>Time frame: admission, discharge, after 6 months, after 12 months.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Self-management/self-regulation (CPAQ-D short form, FERUS), acceptance/cognitive fusion (CFQ-D), everyday coping and activity (SCSS, modified Godin-Skale), pain (NRS), functional ability (PDI), health related quality of life (SF-12), work ability (WAI/1 Item, SPE-scale), and return-to-work; time frame: admission, discharge, after 6 months, after 12 months.<br>Treatment satisfaction (own development); time frame: discharge.
