Inclusion Criteria
All patients met the diagnostic criteria of PD in the British brain bank and had some objective retinal morphological and structural damage.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Suffering from cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, trauma, drug-induced Parkinson's disease syndrome, hereditary Parkinson's disease syndrome, Parkinson's superposition syndrome, idiopathic tremor, and suffering from severe dementia;
(2) Patients with cataract, high myopia, congenital or clear causes of glaucoma, macular degeneration and other eye diseases, and may affect the retinal function of diabetes, hypertension and other systemic diseases.
