Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient suffering from Katishoola (Lumbar Spondylosis)
- •Patients who are indicated for Basti Karma.
- •Willing to sign the consent for study participation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age below 18 years and above 60 years.
- •Diagnosed patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Chronic diseases like R.A. (Rheumatoid arthritis), Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoritic Arthritis.
- •Patients having spinal tumor, malignant diseases of the pelvis, tuberculosis of vertebral bodies.
- •Recent lumbar surgery or implanted instrumentation or prostheses
- •Pregnant and Lactating Women
- •Patients who are contraindicated for Basti Karma.
- •Patients having disc prolapse or post-surgical backache.
