Inclusion Criteria
- Age more than 50 years old
- The participants have experienced spontaneous knee pain for longer than 12 weeks
- Knee crepitus found during knee movement
- Knee stiffness are most noticeable when the patient try to get out of bed in the morning
- Good communication and cooperation
Exclusion Criteria
- A history of the following diseases or disorders:
1. Neurological disorder
2. Knee infection
3. Contagious skin disease in the leg
- Leg fracture
- Fever
