Inclusion Criteria

Subjects with Systolic blood pressure (SBP) =140?mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure (DBP) =90?mmHg; with or without antihypertensive drugs. The diagnosis of hypertension will be made according to the updated 2015 eighth Joint National Committee (JNC-8) guidelines and recommendations on Hypertension. and subjects who are willing to participating the study by signing consent

Exclusion Criteria

patients who have Fever, Hypersensitivity. Secondary hypertension. Subjects diagnosed with valvular heart disease, pericarditis or myocarditis, evidence of heart failure with ejection fraction 35%, acute coronary syndrome, previous Coronary artery bypass grafting, Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty with or without stenting, history of stroke, current abnormal thyroid function; chronic renal failure, pregnancy. Diabetic associated with hypertension. Females during during menstruation
