Inclusion Criteria
Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( mild, moderate and severe stages)
Exclusion Criteria
Very severe exacerbation of COPD requiring critical care.
Montreal Cognitive Assessment score less than 26.
Lack of Functional vision and hearing.
Musculoskeletal and neurological impairments affecting the mobility.
Patients with active cancer.
Patients with cardiovascular disease who cannot safely exercise.
