Inclusion Criteria
Age 3 to 12 years
Patients with symptoms of / Itching / Papules / Vesicles / Pustules / Ulcer / oozing /foul smelling.
Willing to give specimen of blood for investigation when required.
Willing to be admitted in the hospital or willing to attend OPD once in 7 days for 28 days.
Exclusion Criteria
Scabies
Photo dermatitis
Patient with any other problem which needs discontinuity of trial drug.
Seborrhoeic dermatitis.
Allergic or contact eczema
Nummular (discoid) dermatitis
Fungal or parasitic skin infections
Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
