1. Participants age 65 years or older and living in urban community
2.Have a fall risk base on time up and go test (TUGT) as more than 12 seconds (Area under curve: 0.969)
3.Able to good communication
4.No regular exercise in the past 6 months
1.Hearing and vision impairments
2. Cognitive function impairment base on Thai Mini Mental State Examination (TMMSE) as more or equal 17 scores (0 to 17 scores define equivalent to primary school)
3. Inability to exercise due to contraindication
4. Movement disability
5. Mental illness
6. Using drugs including antidepressant, sedative, antipsychotics

Name Time Method Time up and go test 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The test measures the time needed to stand up from a standard arm chair, walk 3 meters, turn around, return to chair, stop timing after sit down again and record time (second)
