Inclusion Criteria
-elderly age > 65 year,elective case undergoing to general anesthesia during february 2018 - July 2018 no contraindication for mask ventilate
- have sunken sheeks
-Spo2 base line ≥ 95%
-The respondents :experience for mask ventilate more than 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- who has risk of aspirate
- who use rapid sequence induction with cricoid pressure technique
- SpO2 base line < 95%
