Inclusion Criteria
Patients having spine problem that will require surgery.
People accompanying patients /people to hospital.
Community gatherings groups residential commercial areas will be visited to have maximum representative sample of people.
Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms by self or with help if uneducated to read.
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillling people
Mentally unsound
Those with significant severe physical disability and debility
