入排标准
入选标准
- •1. A history of unilateral anterior knee pain located around or behind the patella and lasting for more than 3 months.
- •2. The ability to participate in normal daily activities.
- •3. Pain at rest, during daily activities (such as knee bends or walking on stairs), or when performing sports or exercise activities.
- •4. Having symptoms that worsened with at least 2 of the following activities: stair climbing, squatting, kneeling, or sitting for a long time with knee flexed.
- •5. Positive signs on the following clinical tests: patellar tilt test or patellar compression test.
- •6. No symptoms in the other leg, which will be used as an asymptomatic control.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with known intra-articular disorders such as meniscal or cruciate ligament injuries.
- •2. Previous surgery or trauma in the lower extremities.
- •3. Knee injection during the last 3 months.
- •4. History of spine surgeries.
- •5. Apparent movement limitation of the spine, knee, or hip joint.
- •6. Other major health conditions, such as a malignancy.
