1. For cardiologists must have professional experience at least 10 years and must have experience of return to work assessment at least 20 cases per year
2. For cardiothoracic surgeons must have professional experience at least 10 years and must have experience of return to work assessment at least 20 cases per year
3. For occupational physicians must have experience at least 5 years in case of diploma of the Thai board of preventive medicine (occupational medicine) or at least 10 years in case of Thai certificate board of preventive medicine (occupational medicine) and must have experience of return to work assessment or fit for work evaluation of abnormal cardiovascular condition at least 20 cases in last five years of their work.
4. For Physiatrists and physical therapists must have professional experience at least 5 years and must have experience of cardiac rehabilitation in cardiac disease patients at least 20 cases per year.
