Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Aged 45 years or older
- •\- Be available till the end of the follow\-up period (12 months)
- •\- Working for at least 20 hours a week at the VUmc Amsterdam or LUmc Leiden
- •\- signing informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Unable to be physical active
- •\- Not sufficient capable of using (writing and speaking) the Dutch language.
