入选标准
- •Age between 10 and 30 years
- •Patient having undergone appendectomy
- •Body mass index between 18.5 and 25
- •McBurney’s incision with maximum length of 10 centimeters
排除标准
- •Appendicitis accompanied by perforation and gangrene
- •Unwillingness to participate in the study or discontinued cooperation
- •Sensitivity to grape seed ointment and the inability to follow-up the patient
- •Peritonitis
- •Suffering from immune system threatening diseases such as diabetes mellitus, uremia, cancer, malnutrition, hypertension and heart disease
- •Use of immunosuppressive drugs
