Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Aged 55\-80 years old;
  • (2\) diagnosed as osteoarthritis, the patients who underwent unilateral knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia had no contraindication and agreed to participate in this trial;
  • (3\) the (ASA) classification of the American Association of Anesthesiologists is I or II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) skin lesions occurred in the operation site of massage manipulation;
  • (2\) Deep venous thrombosis or swelling of lower extremities before operation;
  • (3\) severe arrhythmia, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, mental illness;
  • (4\) Massage manipulation was performed within one month.
