Exclusion Criteria
Traumatic AVN
AVN in advanced post collapse stages.
Not willing to participate

Name Time Method Functional outcome (pain score and modified Harris Hip Score) and radiological outcome(failure: worsening of AVN stage or conversion to hip replacement)Timepoint: Functional outcome (pain score and modified Harris Hip Score) at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. <br/ ><br> Radiological outcome(failure: worsening of AVN stage or conversion to hip replacement)will be measured at 1 year and 2 years.
