Study Overview
Brief Summary
This is a Non Randomised, Observational study on prevalence of work related non specific neck pain and low back pain and associated factors among the computer operating cadre of Sawai Man Singh Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur which will be conducted on 100 participants in the same institution. The outcomes which will be assessed are 1.Demographic data like age,sex,height,weight,regular exercise practice,job experience in years,working hours, habit of taking breaks during working hours. 2. Score of Standard Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire and Score from Visual Analogue Scale 3. Work station Ergonomics score based on National Institute of Health Computer workstation ergonomics self assessment checklist.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients willingly giving informed written consent to participate in study.
- •Computer operating cadres who work with chair and table with desktop computer in Sawai Man Singh medical college and hospital, Jaipur.
- •Age between 18-60 years.
- •Worked for at least 4 hours a day and for at least 5 days a week.
- •Work duration of 6 months or more.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previously known history of trauma, infection, fracture and associated inflammatory disease of musculoskeletal system.
