Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.School going children from ages 6\-12 years who perform poorly on the 20 meter shuttle run test.
- •2\.Children who have the ability to understand, read and speak basic English.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Children preforming good on the 20 meter shuttle run test.
- •2\.Children with diseases such as diabetes mellitus,epilepsy,asthma,cognitive disorders,sleep disturbances etc.
- •3\.Children with history of psychiatric disorders such as ADHD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder.
