- •Patient with neck pain radiating to unilateral or bilateral upper extremity with positive spurlingâ??s test
- •Patients between the age group of 30-50 years with symptoms for more than 2 weeks to 6 months
排除标准
- •Contraindications of thoracic manipulation (i.e. spinal tumor, fracture, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, spinal infection)
- •Patient with CNS involvement (vertigo, dizziness)
- •Patient with vertebro-basilar syndrome
- •Patient undergone cervical or thoracic surgeries
- •Traumatic injuries to upper limb and cervical spine Â
