Patient with neck pain radiating to unilateral or bilateral upper extremity with positive spurlingâ??s test
Patients between the age group of 30-50 years with symptoms for more than 2 weeks to 6 months
Contraindications of thoracic manipulation (i.e. spinal tumor, fracture, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, spinal infection)
Patient with CNS involvement (vertigo, dizziness)
Patient with vertebro-basilar syndrome
Patient undergone cervical or thoracic surgeries
Traumatic injuries to upper limb and cervical spine Â
