- •age between 20-60, need to IV line, conscious patients, exact upper limb. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, vascular disease, diabetes, severe anemia, headache, glaucoma, high intracranial pressure, hypotension, anticoagulant therapy, corticosteroid therapy.
