  • •2\. Having at least 3 months of service in critical care units
  • •3\. Not attending educational classes related to prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia within the 3 past years.
  • •Exclusion criteria:
  • •1\. Not willing to continue participation in study
  • •2\. Transferring to other wards
