- •1. Patients above 18 years
- •2. Nasal obstruction due to mucosal hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates
- •3. Failure to respond to medical management with antihistamines and topical steroids
排除标准
- •1. Patients below 18 years
- •2. Previous history of inferior turbinate surgery
- •3. Obstructive septal deviation on the same side
- •4. Hypertrophic adenoid, nasal polyps or tumors
- •5. Active sinonasal infection
