Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Histological confirmed diagnosis of primary gastric carcinoma
- •(including esophagus\-gastric junction).
- •\- CECT abdomen showing a clinical stage of T3\-4bN0\-3bM0;
- •\-Fit for radical gastrectomy or neo\-adjuvant chemotherapy;
- •\-Willing to comply with protocol, and provide informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Early gastric and GE Junction tumor
- •\-Metastatic carcinoma in radiological intervention.
- •\-Carcinoma stomach with gastric outlet obstruction
- •\-GE junction Squamous cell carcinoma
