Inclusion Criteria
Histological confirmed diagnosis of primary gastric carcinoma
(including esophagus-gastric junction).
- CECT abdomen showing a clinical stage of T3-4bN0-3bM0;
-Fit for radical gastrectomy or neo-adjuvant chemotherapy;
-Willing to comply with protocol, and provide informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
-Early gastric and GE Junction tumor
-Metastatic carcinoma in radiological intervention.
-Carcinoma stomach with gastric outlet obstruction
-GE junction Squamous cell carcinoma
