Inclusion Criteria

This open label randomized study will be conducted at Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences often approval of Institutional Ethical committee and registration of clinical trial on 60 adult patients of age group (18-60yrs), ASA grade I & II posted for anal and perianal surgeries of 25-30 minutes duration.

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion Criteria

History of respiratory disease

History of renal and liver disorder.

History of haemodynamic instability

History of allergy to propofol or etomidate
