- •1. ASA Grade 1 and 2
- •2. Age between 18-60 years
- •3. Elective abdominal surgeries
- •4. Patients acceptance
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Age less than 18 and more than 60
- •3. ASA Grade 3 and 4
- •4. Patients posted for emergency surgeries
- •5. Patients with local infections at puncturing site
- •6. Patients with ischemic and rheumatic heart diseases
- •7. Patients with coagulation defects and patients on anti coagulants
- •8. Patients with neuromuscular disorders
- •9. Patients allergic to local anaesthetic drugs
- •10. Patient with known case of epilepsy, pregnancy, spine deformity and those who are not unable to understand the visual analogue score
